This month our group tried recipes from Lidia’s Favorite Recipes by Lidia Bastianich. The members of the group were enthusiastic about delving into Lidia’s cookbook (some even had their own copy) and the results were delicious. The adjustment that came up the most was adding less garlic than the recipe called for (and you could definitely still taste the garlic in all of them). Everyone enjoyed trying out some traditional Italian dishes.
