Wow! This book was far better than I ever would have expected! Told in much the same vein as “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff” by Richard Carlson, “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck” by Mark Manson is a surprisingly introspective book that challenges the reader to find purpose in their life and to let go of the small worries that many people obsess over. As you may have guessed, yes, there is some strong language used in this book, and yes, it can take away from the book’s message from time to time, but please don’t let you stop that from picking this book up! There is a lot of really good information in this book, and a lot of good perspective that just about anyone can benefit from. Do you worry about what other people think about you? Pick this book up! Have you ever let doubt stop you from trying something? Pick this book up! Have you ever wanted to challenge yourself to be something more and to achieve your dreams? Pick this book up!!!
Will the strong wording used in this book mean that it won’t be for everyone? Yes, of course. But if you think you can tolerate it, I’d recommend giving “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck” a try! Beneath the crude exterior of a potentially rather offensive book there lies an actually very inspirational message!
